Banfield is a scam- their ability to diagnose anything after a simple worm on your pet is close to zero. Their Customer service is below every standard and their response is very rude and they don't care if you have been a customer for so long or not. They almost costed my My dogs life! I brought her in because she looked so lifeless, was not eating throwing up, dry nose, and red droopy eyes. I drop her off at 10AM and picked her up at 3pm just for them to tell me nothing is wrong with her and that she probably ate something bad. I take her to a completely different clinic in Northbrook and she had to have an emergency surgery.
