Banfield is a scam- their ability to diagnose anything after a simple worm on your pet is close to zero. Their Customer service is below every standard and their response is very rude and they don't care if you have been a customer for so long or not. After a long dispute, one of the supervisors promised that someone from higher-level management will call to follow up. Guess what it is 30 DAYS passed and nobody called. RecommendedThis is the ideal pet hospital for me where they attend to your pet first. The doctors and stuffs are nice and they will assess you for some pet medical need to where you can afford.

5 stars I love this place !!! Amazing nice staff, this is the only place that can cut my dogs nails. I have a half Chihuahua half Pomeranian and he get so vicious when it comes to cutting his nails yet the staff here manages to handle him. I keep coming here and always will. I have tried so many places through various cities and have been turned down but this magical vet handles my little devil.

I liked the Vet and his staff was good too.I took My Cat in because he wasn't eating and drinking and in pain when using his litter box. He was given two enamas and did pass a little stool and now he's eating but hates the food the Vet sent him home with, I'm yet to see anything in the litter box! In a couple of days if he doesn't pass feces back to the Vet again!
I still need to pay four more months on the "wellness package" for my dog that only received the initial series of tests and shots. The package included a second series or tests & shots but they put my dog down before receiving the second series. The $2K in visits and tests at the end of his life is separate from this. Explanation: "We underestimated the cost". Should I go back there with my new puppy?
