Their Customer service is below every standard and their response is very rude and they don't care if you have been a customer for so long or not. Banfield hospital in matteson is horrible. They are liars, and they will over charge for everything completing unnecessary test in order to charge you more money. Then they lie about the services that they give again to get more money out of you.

The are the best with my fur babies. Our vet is just so awesome and they really care what happens to my dogs. I have recommended them to others :)
My baby had to get neutered and they talked me Thur the whole process before they did anything to him. They also explain everything after the procedure was done. The doctor that did his surgery called me herself to explain everything to me. My Baby is 6 months old and they took very good care of him. I normally go to the Banfield in Orland Hills but they couldn't do his surgery so I went to the one in Mattson. They both have a great staff and I would recommend any facility.
