Recommendedcaring staff, they really live animals...champ feels very at ease with them..I'm coming back!!
vets are very friendly they care about not only your pet but they treat them as their pet. you show up to be seen and the vet may be talking to another patient. when they are done they will come over greet you and your pet by name. their staff is very friendly. I have looked around at vets my dog will choose and I love bandfield as well as my pets. their happy to go see them i dont have to drag them. it's like meeting a member of the family they have not seen in a while.
Worst vet office ever!!! they used to be great but now it takes a month to get your pet in and if it's an emergency and they need seen they recommend you go to PVSEC ....no thank you... sad that they have become all about qunaity and not about quality!!! I called today to cancel my wellness plans for both of my dogs... we will definitely not be going back there ever!!!!!
Dr.Tartar is absolutely the best! He is an amazing doctor who I have complete confidence in. He's an angel to pets and their owners!

I have been using this Banfield for years. Dr. Tarter has an outstanding staff and colleagues. I have several pets, including some with major medical issues, so I am a frequent client. They have always been knowledgeable, compassionate and willing to go the extra mile.
Love going to see Dr. Cipro, she is friendly, informative and thorough. Never have a hard time getting my dogs or cat to the vet since we started coming to see her.
Great care of my dog getting a dental and one tooth extracted. Dr. and staff was very friendly and called several times. However, I purchased the care package to cut down on the out of pocket expense. So I was a bit sticker shocked when I was expecting an addition $100 more for the extraction and paid $250. Now I unfortunately have to wait a month or two, to save, to afford my other dog's dental.
