What a joke!! People there were rude and yet I had to leave my cat to them?? NEVER AGAIN!!!
RecommendedThe staff was super friendly and welcoming! Bri in Mechanicsburg, PA addressed all my concerns with my Rott and even reassured me with experiences and pictures of her very own! The facility was very clean and the care given from all parts was more than I could have asked for!
I love everyone there. They do thorough exams and explain to the "parents" in easy to understand terms. I love that they will get down on floor level with your pet to examine them. They actually care and show it!!!!
Great place to take your family member (pet). They are all caring, compassionate, and just all around great!! I wouldn’t take my baby any other place. When my other baby passed away from cancer a year ago, they were all compassionate to me for my loss and sent a condolence card to me. They all love the babies that go in there. My Riley gets excited whenever we have to go, even when he is sick.
This place was amazing. I came right in got checked in and they were with me and my pet right away! Everyone was so friendly there, and they really took care of my pup! Great plans for a monthly payment. This was the only place where I could take my pup where I didn’t have to pay a full amount up front! Great place if you can’t afford to pay a $800+ bill or get a credit card just to have your pet looked at and taken care of. We have been taking our 4 legged child to Banfield for years and we are ever so grateful to Dr. L. Cincotti . We found a mass on our dog's side, she biopsied it, it was cancer . Dr. Cincotti & Dr. Leiber recommended a wonderful Oncologist and our boy is doing great ! Dr. Cincotti was there for me to cry on her shoulder whenever I needed and the staff was there for me also. Everyone at Banfield is a part of our family and I wouldn't go anywhere else !
All I can say is the Care plan is a waste! You put off my dogs care until now she has medical issues! Then you try to talk circles around you! Highly upset!
