terrible i took my dog there they tried to charge me i was there less than 10 minutes for them to look at my dog paw when i called back for corporate number the receptionist just argued and lied about it i will never go again
If you want a #veterinarian who cares for your pets, then don't go to Banfield Pet Hospital. #Banfield gave my cat a clean bill of health in spite of me insisting that he had rapidly lost weight and was suffering. The vet, Dr. Johnson, argued with me, over and over, refusing to listen. The poor thing died, suffering greatly, a few weeks after the visit. We absolutely love this place!! The staff is amazing with our dog (Tink) they make us feel so comfortable! We've been taking Tink here for over 2 years,and wouldn't want to go anywhere else!! Thank you Banfield staff for being so amazing!!!!
Messed up my appointments twice. Came in for the free consultation and ended up coming out with a $200 bill. Got onto their wellness plan thinking it was a better deal (we paid $79 vs $200, were also told neutering would cost $400) until we compared prices with our local vet (neutering costs $90)... thought we could cancel without penalty if we were within the 4 day grace period. Dr. Johnson is an amazing Vet and really cares for the animals. She is thorough with my pets and takes time to explain what was done and if you have any questions she answers them. The Vet techs and front desk are very sweet and helpful. I love taking my 3 dogs there since everyone is attentive and has great customer service! All of my dogs are on the wellness plans which is a great value for your money! My dogs are Mickey, Pearl, and Ella.

There are great vets and vet techs that work here. I want to thank you all for caring for ChiChi, even after she departed so soon! I appreciate all of your help and the condolence card that was sent. It brought tears to my eyes and made me realize that it's not just about the pet, it's about the family too!
