Outrageous pricing. Due to the lack of experience the vets have no opinion unless you agree to there long list of unnecessary testing. They won’t even give you antibiotics for an ear infection without testing. In my 35 yrs of animal ownership has this ever been a requirement. Never again.

Went today with my sick cat as soon as they open. The lady at the counter asked what was wrong with him and when I told her she said he doesn’t look that bad and she didn’t want me wasting money on blood tests if it wasn’t anything serious. She then said even if I wanted to be seen they were short handed and couldn’t take a walk in. Luckily I didn’t listen to her and went to a different location where my cat was diagnosed with a uterine block and had to be kept for the day. I don't know what I would do without them! We've had quite a few health issues with some of our pets and they've been nothing but caring, understanding, supportive, and reliable. I have to give a special shout out to Dr. Hartig and Dr. Hassell they are truly the best! They are honest, informed, and caring. I always feel like they are truly invested in my pets' care.
I love how everyone treat our babies with care and love. Staff, doctors and front desk are so friendly my husband and I love this place. :)
This office is amazing!! I. Ant say enough about the staff from Dr's to tech to front office, everyone is so incredible. We took our dog in for a teeth cleaning and now I. An stand to let her kiss me!! They care and love everyone of their patients and parents that they deal with. Thank you Mason Banfield our family loves � and appreciates you!!
