REALLY TOOK ON A SMOOTH TRANSITION , WITH MY DOG ,WHERE HE USALLY WOULD FIGHT OR BITE, BEFORE HE WOULD BE HANDED OVER TO ANYONE, SHE TALK TO HIM AND CARRIED HIM AWAY LIKE HE COULD TRUST HER , LIKE IT WAS ME HIS MOMMY .IAM GLAD TO HAVE WENT TO BANFIELD .PLUS ABLE TO GET ON A AFFORDABLE HEALTH PLAN FOR HIS FUTURE HEALTH NEEDS AS HE AGES.

The staff are caring and knowledgeable, but the “business model” approach is enough to make me want to find another veterinarian. They fill up their days with wellness checks and when you call with a sick/ injured animal it’s either a 2-week wait or a drop-off only option (where the vet examines without you present, whenever he/she is available,and the vet calls you after examination ~ usually with very expensive options that you can’t even discuss face-to-face). Dr. Watson and staff were great! The wellness program is also a great deal; you just have to use it smartly.
