Samantha was a huge help tonight! I came to get some prescription dog food. Even though I arrived after Banfield had closed, she helped me get set up in the system so I could make the purchase. She even called the referring vet when they didn't have the exact same brand of wet food!
Have never had any problems here - they have always gotten me in last minute. Been upfront about costs, and the plan I am on covers all shots, checkups and visits and cuts down on costs of things like teeth cleaning, X-rays, meds etc. The vets and techs are friendly and my dog loves them. She barks her fool head off until we get back here and they are so gentle with her. Would recommend them to Family and friends.
Initial "free" exam gave an estimate of $450 to $650 for dental work. Showed up day of surgery to a $850 bill! They told me if I didn't like that my bill had nearly doubled the day of surgery I should take the dying cat somewhere else. Horrible human beings who take advantage of people that love their pets.
