These are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever met. How do u hang up on a customer and completely disregard a customer. I had an appointment and I called them and they tell me they have to cancel when they knew that my puppy was in extreme pain. Then speak to me like that. Now so many people have said they have had issues with taking their animals there. I will never take back my dogs to any bamdiekd if this is how they treat people.

I love all the doctors & techs at this Banfield! Dr. Kyle Bolin and Dr. Maul are so compassionate and kind. They take such good care of my fur-babies!
They have been good to my pet Yorkie !!! And he is in the Wellness Program. It’s worth it.

Any time I take my cats to this location, they are always very gentle with them, look them over very thoroughly, and are very detailed in what needs to be done when I bring them home, and they always call the following day to check up on them. The Wellness Plan has saved me a large amount of money.
