PLEASE PLEASE OLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! our dog was hit by a car and they told us we would have to pay thousands of dollars for surgeries or put our dog down. THANK GOD we got other opinions from REAL VETS AND SURGEONS who said our dog needed crate rest for 2 months. our dog is now perfectly healthy and cant tell she was hit by a car AT ALL. She is running and happy just like she used too. if we had listened to banfield we would be in major debt or our dog would be dead. THEY CARE MORE ABOUT YOUR MONEY THAN YOUR PET!!!!!!
There policy on check in is ridiculous! This is the second time they’ve done this to me. My appointment was 430. I walked up to the counter at 410. The receptionist says come back at 425?? Really!! I’m here, check me in! I’m going to sit right next to you on this bench and check in again!! She says it’s corporate policy. They need to change this or I’m leaving. Not very good customer service!!
Normally we love Banfield, in fact all of our pets go to Banfield. However today Cindy has made us regret choosing Banfield and we are considering taking our pets elsewhere. Our one dog has extreme car anxiety and requires medication to go anywhere. I happened to be home for the weekend and gave him his last dose coming here and was going to just pick some more up! My cat gets pretty fussy during vet visits and can be a handful. They are not only patient with her, but they're actually very sweet with her. I recently moved to Erlanger but I still bring her here because I like how good they are with her. I've been taking her to this location for 8 or 9 years and I've never had a complaint.
