Dr. Beach, Dr. Hayes, and Dr. Federer are the BEST! The Aurora, Ohio Banfield has become the best pet hospital in the chain. I have 6 dogs and they all go to this Banfield location. If you are looking for caring, knowledgable, compassionate, good veterinary medicine, with an awesome support staff, try this Banfield.
the wellness plans are a joke!! the people are rude and hung up in me
Run far away from this place especially Dr Jennifer Holland ! Go to a real vet like Twinsburg vet instead or any vet for that matter. This place is awful.
Staff is great and you can’t beat the wellness plan!
Dr. Beach is the best!!!! We took our senior rescue dog Buddy who has lived a very challenged life with no medical care. At 10 years and only his 2nd visit she was amazing with him. The team in Aurora is fantastic. We take all of our pets there.
There wellness plan is a complete ripoff and the vets don't really seem to actually like pets.
