ALL THINGS CONSIDERED....THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE THAT HAVE RUN INTO THIS PROBLEM. YOU MIGHT WANT TO LOOK AT THE REVIEWS....MY DOG DIED IN MY DAUGHTER'S ARMS WHILE SHE, MY DAUGHTER, WAS FIGHTING CANCER. AFTER YEARS OF TREATMENT HE WAS MISDIAGNOSED BY BANFIELD. MANY UNNECESSARY TESTS TO NO AVAIL. PET SMART DEMANDED THAT I STILL PAY FOR THE REMAINING 7 MONTHS ON MY "WELL-CARE" PLAN. WHEN I DIDN'T THEY RUINED MY CREDIT! I HOPE THIS NEVER HAPPENS TO YOU!

The staff is incredibly nice! Doctors are more than thorough and extremely personable!
The Wellness plan availability is what drew me to Banfield and I stay, five years and two more dogs later, because of Dr. Innis and the staff. He is the only Doctor there we see. It's in our files! He is so caring and personable. The Wellness plan pays for itself on the first comprehensive exam. I see someone commented about issues with a lapse and something not covered. I've lapsed on my plan before and I certainly wouldn't expect them to cover my pets surgery if I failed to stay current. I find it hard to believe you would... read more
The doctor was very nice as well as the nurse, gave us alot of good information for our new baby boy (�) i would recommend them to everyone!
Dr Kerry was great! Courteius, patient with my cat and informtive about her findings and concerns. That young lady Angelica, the receptionist was not friendly or warm in the least. In fact, felt as if I was a bother to her.
The employees that work at the desk are rude and act like it is an inconvenience to help someone
