THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! NOT REAL VETS! BEWARE!!!! Long post, but I promise it is worth the read!! My Husband and I took our dog to Banfield Kennesaw in early 2017 for what seemed to be a simple ear infection. They prescribed almost $250+ in antibiotics and steroids for a few weeks. Dr. Reynolds has been my Maltipo, Max, dog for his whole 10 years. She knows him when she sees him, takes him to a room herself. Is always considerate of his nervous condition. I will not see any other Dr. Max loves his Dr, I love Max, she makes him feel safe. That is all that matters.
Our 9 year old boxer was not doing good after an appointment at the Woodstock location, they couldn't work him in yesterday, called this one and worked him in. Dr. Reynolds and Jessica were phenomenal. They put me at ease. The doctor even got down to his level and I could see him relax. That you soo much for what you two did. I will be going to this location instead of the other.
If I could give a million I would! I'll try to keep this short but they saw all three of my dogs, two being English bulldogs! They literally saved the life of one of them, Chevi had to have emergency surgery to remove a rope toy from his stomach and intestines! They took the most wonderful care of my baby! I could never thank them enough for their compassion for my little guy! My other bulldog has skin and eye issues and they were wonderful in our search for solutions. So grateful for the team at Kennesaw Banfield that I have them to make sure my dog is treated nicely and taken care of! Couldn't imagine going anywhere else! �
Frustrated with the run around I received from the Kennesaw Banfield Pet Hospital. Called earlier in the week to have questions answered only to receive different answers later in the week. Will not be visiting a Banfield again.
