THIS WAS AWFUL! MY DOG DIED IN MY DAUGHTER'S ARMS WHILE SHE, MY DAUGHTER, WAS FIGHTING CANCER. AFTER YEARS OF TREATMENT HE WAS MISDIAGNOSED BY BANFIELD. MANY UNNECESSARY TESTS TO NO AVAIL. PET SMART DEMANDED THAT I STILL PAY FOR THE REMAINING 7 MONTHS ON MY "WELL-CARE" PLAN. WHEN I DIDN'T THEY RUINED MY CREDIT!

I took my chi Max in on 11-15-16 for and rectum exam for his anal glad the vets we awesome fast and friendly!!! I recommend this place to pet families!!!!
2nd day.. Still trying to take my puppy to the clinic as an over-paid customer for an emergency. Keep having run around to see the doctor for basic assessment. No proper procedure on how to handle emergencies. No return phone call. I should have verified this before signing close to thousand dollar Banfield plan!!
My puppy goes here and they do an awesome job here.
