Your pet is better off receiving care somewhere else. I dropped my cat off for a dental cleaning and comprehensive exam. After I brought her home, I realized her claws had been clipped without my request, consent, or approval. When I called Banfield and said that my cats nails had been clipped without my consent the response from the receptionist was "well we didn't charge you for it" in a rude manner. Horrible!!! Steer clear of this place and find another Banfield location. I did a preventative care drop off with my dog at 7am, picked him up at 4:30pm. He hadn’t been let out or fed all day!! Immediately went #2 twice before getting in the car, peed for about a whole minute, and has been sick vomiting and diarrhea since he got home. Do not bring your pet here.
This was the most unwelcoming vet/pet hospital I’ve ever been to! The only person that showed interest was the receptionist, she was very professional and thorough. When the vet tech entered the room her first question was what’s going on with my cat, in a dry voice. My response was hello my name is ___, how are you? And I’m here for a yearly routine visit. I have been taking my pups to Banfield for over 12 years. Dr. Goff is the absolute best, she truly cares about her furry patients and has always treated me as a friend. She truly goes above and beyond and you will feel your pup is in the best hands.
