Find a different vets office/business or different Banfield location, not the one on Sharon Rd. Charlotte. The lack of care, guidance, and indifference by vets at this location led to the death of my 12 yr old senior in 3 weeks. I have since spoken to an ex employee from this location who said they’d never go back or bring a pet there. My girl died in December and I miss her dearly and it could have been avoided if the vets just cared. After reading other reviews here it looks like I’m not alone. Jamie made me and my pup feel very comfortable here and cared for! She brought in a blanket and water for my dog and was extremely kind and made sure to check on us and give my pup some love while we were waiting:))
