Haven't been there in years but it was a great place
The kindness of the staff is on again off again...Whenever I call, it seems like an inconvenience that I'm calling. Sometimes I'm hung up on after holding for several minutes, and then when I call back they say that they didn't hang up. The care is good and the location is super convenient, I just wish the front desk staff would be a little friendlier. We've been with Banfield for almost 17 years, but if and when the time comes, I'll probably switch to something else.
There was no up charge on other things not needed. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The vet was great and gave useful information that the Humane Society could provide as well.
