These guys recently held my Mom's puppy for 4 hours and told her they were giving the puppy a parvo test for what was clearly worms! They scared her to death for no good reason! I will never take my pet to this establishment!

Shame on you for your Wellness plan. You are taking advantage of customers and lying to them about what you get with this. It is nothing more than a payment plan. There is no benefit from it. Shame on you!
