I would not recommended Banfield for anything past regular maintenance shots, dental treatments and/or x-rays because they can’t seem to properly diagnose anything else! My dog has a treatment plan with Banfield and any and every time he’s went there for treatment outside of the three things mentioned above, he was misdiagnosed and told the only options available for his treatment were expensive and/or paid monthly. Wouldn't recommend to anyone with older pets. We had been misdiagnosed multiple times, sent home with medication in the wrong dosage, & eventually medication that affected my dog in the worst way. Cost effective pet care for simple things like check ups, would recommend going elsewhere for more serious issues. Friendly staff/vet techs/assistants but won't be coming back to this location with my future pets solely because of the veterinarians incompetence.
The people here care. I never had a Vet go out of their way help like these did. The techs went way above as well. Even met me at my car to help me carry my little girl in. They showed us respect and understood this wasn't an animal. It was our daughter, and loved on her even when she wasn't loving back. They understood she was in pain and didn't give up on her. In the end we had make hard choice, but the veteran showed so much caring not only for her but us as a family. Thank you all so much.
