Rude receptionist. They are not enforcing mask rules yet called us to say it was mandatory. We scheduled an in office visit and they said we couldn’t go back with our dog. They made us wait 25 minutes before they took our dog back and are saying it will be 30-60 minutes before he’s done now. Receptionist wasn’t here cuz she was getting lunch. Now they are making me wait while they eat. Worst service ever.

Facebook asks: "How can Banfield Pet Hospital improve?" That's a loaded question. I stuck out a 12 month commitment with their "Wellness Plan" but had continuous problems with veterinary staff, specifically Dr. Blue. The front desk staff was not much help either. Every few months, I would have the pleasure of speaking with a brand new office manager who was determined to make things right, but a few months later, there would be a new office manager dealing with the same problems. I was very disappointed with the demeanor of the front desk staff. And the poor listening skills of Dr. Blue. The girls up front were talking about clothes and losing weight and taking shifts for each other, all while I was waiting and others were walking by. Then I asked for them not to do an ear swab because my dogs ears were painful, they did anyway and when he hollered she didn’t stop. I was so angry. Horrible service! Vets are extremely unprofessional. Banfield BLOWS!
If I could put 0 stars I would! After the visit got in the car with my pet and noticed a huge scratch mark on her face! Asked them what happened - they all denying it but they did say they had to put a muzzle on her for a regular heart worm injection that she had there multiple times before and it was always fine! Didn't get lucky with staff this time at Greenville NC location!
This is the 2nd year in a row that I get a call from Banfield and telling me it's time for your dog's visit.I asked both times"Is this covered under the wellness plan"?They say yes,they don't tell me I have to renew my plan before I get there!When I get there after driving 30 miles one way,they tell me what's she's due for and either I renew my plan or you have to pay X amount of hundreds of dollars.Thats 2 years in a row!Also last visit I payed to have her nails trimmed and they may have trimmed one or two nails.Not happy a... read more
