These are trying times thats for sure, it is hard enough to get appointments due to staff shortages etc, and apparently it is hard to get quality help. I used the online appointment calendar to book and few days later they reschedule for a Saturday because it was the option given to me by their staff. The Friday before i get a phone call that the appointment should not have been given because they are not open at 4 on Saturdays, okay fine!
