I will give zero star but that is not possible. You do not disclose properly the terms of your wellness plan. What sense does it make to pay for a wellness plan if a pet is dead. Explain that to me.
Absolutely LOVE Dr. Grant (and her awesome tech Kelly!) They are always so kind and welcoming! They are great with my pup and are always there to answer my questions. The hospital always gets us in for appointments (even last minute)! It's so nice to have the groomer, vet, hotel, and toy store all together! Very convenient!
