I have a wellness plan for my 2 dogs and they always take care of us good workers and a easy process they always call us for shots and when it’s time for a yearly visit so they are pretty on top of their stuff
We've had our dog for over nine years, and for the most part have always had a pleasant experience dealing with the team at the Livonia Banfield Hospital. The last year or so the quality of service has decreased. Today was a downright horrible experience. My wife took our dog Caesar in at 10:15 am this morning because of severe vomiting and diarrhea; they just got home at 6 pm. This was the WORST experience ever!! I don’t think they be truthful about what’s going on with your pet I took my Yorkshire in for follow up appointment on December 1 2024 was told everything was fine with my Yorkshire December 6 2024 my Yorkshire became so sick all of a sudden took her back on December 7 2024 my Yorkshire never made it back home was told my Yorkshire remains would be picked up December 7 2024 which she was not her remains stayed there overnight no one called 2 inform me I called funeral location If I ever get another pet will never take her he... read more
My dog actually loves going there! Staff is great and easy to work with. You can tell they love pets!
