Corporate Vet...what’s best to make a dollar not what’s best for your pet! Staff changes frequently. What you’re told & what happens depends on the day & who you talk. Give Rxs with refills but may not be able to get refilled based on what Vet prescribed & what Vet is in that particular day. The list goes on. Don’t bother calling corporate because you’ll be talking on deaf ears.
After 2 visits with concerns about my dogs distended stomach(they told me I need to put him on a diet) on the third visit for the same thing, I was told he may have growth on his spleen because his red blood cell count has been decreasing for three years!!!(news to me). Today I took him elsewhere and a 10 pound tumor was removed from his abdomen. He only weighed 37 pounds before today!!! RUN AWAY FEOM THIS PLACE!!!! It is nothing but a stop gap for new vets
RecommendedHighly recommended...caring staff ...great doctors.... open late....clean...they make followup calls all the time...will let you know if other animals have become priority because of emergency situations....after every appointment received in printed format what was taken care of and what drugs were prescribed and all effects of drugs... next appointment in writing...💕
The best staff I have ever encountered at a vet’s office! They ALWAYS take the best care of all my animals and absolutely appreciate everything they did for us when we had to put our Bentley to sleep. We will forever be grateful to the Woodhaven location!!
I appreciate the follow-up call after I brought in my puppy the other day. The staff really do care about their patients and checked on my puppy's progress after our appointment.
Love the Drs here and the staff! Love the option of the wellness plan! They have taken great care of all my pets !!
Worst vet ever!!! Takes so long to get appt and scripts filled. When you call they make everything seem like a burden. Wait time is awful when you get there too. Always used Bangield before and they were good on the east side. Switched to this Banfield and it's the worst thing I've ever done. Used to get scrips filled within the hr, could make appt for the following day, could schedule dental appts for the following week. Woodhaven location is months out for everything. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
