Banfield cares nothing about our pets, it's all about the money. SAD!
I understand all Vet offices/hospitals are a business and require income to stay open, but when it comes to getting genuine and honest care for your pet - not so much. The DVM's here should be able to help my dog more than just repeating treatments that don't work in order to get more money from me. If one treatment fails to produce positive results, try something different. And please LISTEN to a dog owner's concerns, don't treat us - your customers - like idiots. The staff are very friendly and caring. Our dog Ursula received her first shots yesterday and this morning a staff member called to check on her. Thank you!
I cannot say enough good words about the staff at Banfield Pet Hospital in Saginaw. Our vet was not available for our Candy today and we went to Banfield. Even though she was never a patient there, the staff was so kind and caring to her and to us, it was if they had taken care of her since she was a pup. They made a bad day bearable and much easier to deal with.
