RecommendedBanfield in Vienna was excellent with our very large and aggressive cat ❤ towards strangers. Both the assistants and vet called me to keep me informed while our cat was sedated and progress of everything... Please run away from Banfield and their Wellness Plans to save your dog's life! My dog is dying of heart cancer because of their careless and inconsequent services! I should have never trusted this company. My dog had a skin growth that I was told multiple times it looked nothing to worry about. How naive of me to have put my dog's health on your hands! I dropped my kitten off this morning for his shot's and blood work and nueter. I got a call a few minutes ago saying he has flea's. And they have to charge me a extra $12 for Capstar. I purchased a plan I'm paying $52 a month for. Flea meds are supposed to be included. This one is not. They proceeded to tell me I HAVE to pay $18 for a E collar, $31 for emergency meds, $19 for Medication to come home with and $13 presurgery pain medication.
