My cat, Chloe, and I saw Dr. Jillian Schrier today for her annual exam and to schedule her surgery. Dr. Schrier was great! The staff were helpful too. I look forward to having them perform Chloe's surgery soon. 5 Stars
The herndon location is the best one in my opinion. I've brought my little guy here many times and they take such good care of him. They are very friendly, and every single doctor is nice and truly cares for your pet!
Absolutely do not recommend. After getting a confirmation email days before my appointment for just cat vaccines boosters I get a call the day of saying I cant have that appointment. Told they don't take appointments that late even though it's on the online schedule and was confirmed. When I called for clarification I was told a totally different story about how there was a sudden complicated case. Which one is it? I'm guessing the staff wants to go home early or they double booked. Either way, don't make an appointment here... read more

Super grateful for this pet health team, how personal their care is for their patients, how thorough & assuring they are when explaining the treatment options even when the diagnosis is a scary one...love these guys...
They are so friendly and helpful and Dr. Bowman is the best! The Leesburg Banfield could use some customer service lessons from the staff in Herndon...
Absolutely love this place. The staff is so friendly! It's also nice to find a place that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for basic pet care. Def would recommend coming here
