Don't know where Dr. Graham went. She was the best. The techs are great, the Dr's not so much. Since being bought out by M&M Mars, this place has gone down hill. Still waiting for a call back from Dr. Schimdtbaur. Guess she's mad because I want Peanut back on his old prescription, not the new one that does nothing for him. Will be looking for a new vet, so done with this place.
Dr. Graham is the best! She is so caring and works really well with all animals. The staff has been very friendly and helpful as well. I'm glad I take both of my doggies here.
Banfield here in Hazel Dell has been wonderful to our family. The staff has been extremely helpful and understanding. Dr. Graham helped when other doctors turned us away. On a day full of other appointments and surgeries she still took Bob in and helped treat him despite the fight on time with other appointments.
Dr. Graham has been absolutely tremendous to me, my wife, and our cat, Bob. She helped comfort us in a stressful situation and made sure that all of our needs were met beyond expectations. A huge thank you to her and everyone else here! ❤️
