I love my Banfield! Thank you for taking care of my very sick puppy right away. I have been with Banfield for so many years, I can't even remember how long. Recently, for no reason, other than to experience another vet, I took my new puppies elsewhere, but a couple days later my puppy was very sick and that vet was "too busy". Even though Banfield new I took all my babies to the new vet for a visit, they fit us in and got my puppy taken care of. I will always be a fan of Banfield. � �
David was quick to get Prince Socrates checked in, but not very personable. Toni (Vet Tech) was fabulous with my lil guy-- he was cordial & greeted Roni nicely, as well as went in the back with ease. When Prince Socrates got anxious & squirming Roni held him in her arm & bounced him like a baby to calm him & it worked. She was very knowledgeable about the things I had concerns on.
