Banfield Pet feels they can pull a payment out of your bank account early because they don't want to work weekends. Financial process of this company is a joke. Payment should be pulled out the due date or day after not before than. They refuse to acknowledge propper business etiquette and overdraft accounts early for their own convenience. I took my 2cats for emergency visit. They took a very good care of them. Also the receptionist Cristina it was adorable and very attentive.
