We took our dog to Banfield a few times. The first time was for her shots a few months ago. While we were there we had them trim our dogs toenails, the cost for this was $18. We were told that day that we could bring our dog in to have her nails trimmed in the future for $18 as well, no office visits, additional charges, etc... So today we took our dog in to have her nails trimmed. They took her in the back for 5 minutes and trimmed her nails and they charged us $65! The dr and staff are very caring and helpful
My poor Herc had a bad ear infection. The staff was caring and gentle. It's been a few days and his ear is healing nicely. I'm very greatful to the staff!
