Stay far away from this place. I had the regular plan with them and things were fine but they really try to discourage you from making the appointment in person and try to make them drop off only (which I really don't like). The last in person appointment I had was with a vet, can't remember if it was Dr. Browning or Francis, but they were very rude and I felt scolded for asking questions on what to do. The reply I got back was "well I can't help you if you don't get these things done." She was obviously not in a good mood. ... read more
Banfield Pet Hospital is our go-to spot for our rambunctious duo! Even though they can be a handful, Dr. Browning and the amazing staff handle the chaos like pros. Can’t say enough of the Banfield team! With 2 hyper Dalmatians, they are so attentive and patient with my babies and I know they can be a lot of work!! The vets are very knowledgeable on the breed and I know my pups are always in the best hands!
Special thanks to Dr Francis & Sam for being so kind. I had to have my very very old chihuahua put to sleep & they were so kind & understanding.
