after many years of having the wellness plan, with several of my pets I have to agree. This is a scam. Terrible service. I was called to be notified of a dental appointment that has been scheduled for weeks now needs to be canceled due to under staff and dental plan ends in two weeks and no other location has an opening and there is nothing they can do!!!!
Dr Sekiya is literally incredible, and so was the vet technician with the long dark hair who helped me and Bear. I was gonna have a full blown freakout when I learned Bear has ringworm because I have two other dogs and was completely panicked about containing the outbreak. Thank you for patiently answering a MILLION questions for me, and staying in the room with me while I panicked a little bit. Your kindness and compassion made a big different to me when I was having a truly awful week. Thank you.
Great location! Staff very friendly.
My little dog Zoey received great care at Banfield. I so appreciate always being able to get an appointment.
