My 13 yr old rot /Sheppard has been a patient at banfields for quite a few yrs. Started with them in Indiana.... My boy was not doing well at all yesterday to the point we thought he wasn't gonna make it. They were able to get him in n checked out quickly. Thankfully everything was ok n he's safe n sound at home.... He loves going to the Dr. Thinking he was faking sick so he could go in.... Lol

Tried to get my dog in for an appointment for several days with no luck. Told them she was in pain and was told no appointment until OCT 13. Will not take my dog to them or shop in their stores. Very disappointed thought they cared for animals buy money comes first to them
My dog needs help but you turn us away because we don't have an appointment give me a break, I should of gave my dog his shots myself since they are only 7 bucks a piece at a feed store and saved the 30 bucks a month I've payed you ass holes for 2 years, maybe then I could afford to take him to a REAL animal hospital when he needs help. I will never pay your company another cent since it's just a rip off anyway. All this company cares about is money not your pets/family
