I rate this place 2 stars. They seem to have a lot of issues with keeping medicine stocked, my dog takes medicine everyday and we can only call and see if they have refills the day we are out, They either never have a key to open the medicine case or are out of stock. My dog then goes days without her medication. It is quite irritating. Also, just like the other Banfields we have gone to, vets forget to do proper protocol and don’t do the blood pressure or blood draws that we need to refill her prescriptions when we do check... read more
My two small dogs had their teeth cleaned. They kept them together. They seemed to give both of them great care and attention. They did everything to make sure my senior dog was as comfortable as possible. He needed to have a large tooth removed. Both dogs have been on a care plan for years.

Dr. Nunez and Dr. Jackson are the most amazing vets. The staff is friendly and cares about you and your pet. Their follow up phone calls and visits reassure that you mater. The best care we have ever had. Thank you.
I wish I could give Dr Jackson and her whole team more than 5 stars! They time after time prove not only their clinical excellence but their compassion, ethics, and genuine caring for their patients and owners alike. This place has no heart. All about money. They broke a man's heart. Even though they said it wasn't about the money why won't they give a loved dog back to his family. I offered what ever money to adopt not even 24 hours later. They refused. The family made a mistake. People do that. Give the family back the dog. Why would you keep him because he is a cute dog? My baby girl was 14 yrs old and had tumors everywhere. Over the past year the doctors and staff did everything they could to help my Harley girl. Unfortunately yesterday she lost her battle. The staff was extremely patient with me in making sure my family was there for her last day. They never pushed me to make a decision and gave us so much time with Harley.
