I’m currently sitting outside of banfield and they are refusing customer before closing time. It was 5:40 when the young lady today me I couldn’t come in. But they supposedly don’t close until 6 I’m not sure who the manager is but this is unacceptable. I definitely don’t recommend them. At least when they were in PetSmart they couldn’t shut down before the specified time. This has happened 2 days straight. Definitely lost me as a customer. I see why pet smart got rid of them.

Horrible. They use our pets as experiments. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.
