I take my dog today to the appointment and running 10 minutes late and no take care the dog only offered drop off and I not like this. Is very difficult for my husband and me take vacation day for bring the dog to the vet and I really frustrated because people no understand the situation and the doctor no try help us. I take my dog for more the 8 year's to this place and I happy with the service but today is real bad I really upset because I thing this company not respect me. This happened in Memphis. TN.
Too much turnover, misdiagnosed my baby for years...had to take her to a new vet and she actually required surgery. She is great now after years of discomfort. After I explained all of this to the cancellation department, they wouldn't let me out of my contract although they were in the wrong. Money hungry corporation....they don't care about you or your pet!
I'm very saddened and angry. We brought Rocko in because he was sick and very sluggish. Dropped 400 something dollars for them to give him fluids, tell us all this great news and that his pancreatitis would work itself out. We were given nausea meds and told to give him pedialyte. The assistant told us to check in the next day if there were any problems and that she would contact us as well. Well the next day comes and we called because it seemed like he got worse. I absolutely love how my puppy gets everything she needs. Dr. Fuqua is amazing and always answers any questions I may have. The staff here is amazing.. I will not take my baby anywhere else..
