my puppy wasnt feeling to well and they was able to get in the same day I called just to make sure she ok. they was so carrying when we brought her in and listened nto all my concerns.
had a great experience with them. I called to get information and Rachel was very kind and patient, answered all my questions before I drove an hour to get them. (only the best for my fur babies) Hercules had only been to a vet once and he was very nervous. once we got there the staff treated him as a pediatrician does a child. he warmed up to them very quickly and had no problems treating him. Thank you for helping Hercules. He's back home doing well.
We have two dogs a ShihTzu and a Yorkie and we love Dr Horner. All the staff are great and caring. our ShihTzu Perla is not easy to deal with , but Dr Horner is great with her. Really Perla, Joy Bella love Dr Honner. English is not my language but they try to understand me
Banfield in Knoxville - Turkey Creek location is fabulous. Their whole staff is amazing. Some of the techs will pop in just to say hi and pet our dogs. If you don’t want to put Dr. Sangid, Joy, or Joanne in your pocket when you leave, you’re not a pet or a people person. I can’t recommend them enough.
Dr Garren is fantastic with my German Shepherd. The staff at the front desk are knowledgeable and caring. Joy and Joann are fantastic!

totally scammed me. went in asking for a very specific test to be ran, they ran different bloodwork and charged $200 for it, then told me to find out the information I actually asked for it would be another $200 instead of just running the test i asked for in the first place. when i explained what happened they wouldn't help me with the charges. super upset. cat died a month after the first visit and wont let me apply the rest of the almost year I'm paying for to another pet or help me out of the wellness plan. at least they... read more
