I am extremely dissatisfied with the appointment for my two cats. They are extremely quick to charge for vaccine tags. However awfully slow to perform services. My cats had been in their carriers for over 8 hours. The doctor never even came out to talk to me. When I mentioned my concern about one of my cats earlier in the morning they hadn’t even investigated it. They also didn’t even document a rabies vaccine on the paper work they gave me so I am not 100% convinced they even gave my cat the vaccine. To top it off my cats w... read more

This Banfield pet hospital is absolutely incredible! The doctors are so amazing and so caring and all the girls feel like family… They’ve been so good to Sophie since she was a baby!! We LOVE you guys!😘🐾
The staffs and the vet are very professional and friendly. Also, my puppy loves the vets and the staffs at the first time, looking forward for the next puppy exam
The staff has changed and the new doctors will give your dog's medication without informing you of the side affects. They also decide if they will see you if you're not on time when 95% of the time they will not see you on time. They expect you to be understanding of them but they are not understanding of you! When my wellness plan expire I WILL NOT PATRONIZE this establishment!!!
Both of our dogs were recently diagnosed with diabetes -- 3 weeks apart. It was very frustrating and scary in beginning. We were not impressed with the staff at Brentwood Banfield in the begging. We moved here from the St. Charles office because of Dr. Shoemake. We trust him with our two kiddos. He has been amazing to us with Patches and Brownie -- he is compassionate and caring.
