DO NOT take your beloved pet to this horrible place. Very poor excuse for a veterinarian. 0 stars very rude and very poor veterinarian care for my dog. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT go here!!!!!! Your pets life will be in danger!!!!!!!!!!
Don’t take your furry family member here! I paid for two spots to be removed and one spot is still there and my dog still has stitches they refuse to remove and it’s been over a month. They took my money and then didn’t care! Even tried going back in there and they said the doctors didn’t have time to even look at him and acted like they could care less!

I originally took my dog here because of the multiple locations and the later office hours during the week and weekend hours. This quickly proved to not be worth it. While giving my dog Simparica Trio we noticed he became extremely sick within 24 hours. The first time this happened we did not even think about the meds we had given him and spent $700 for blood-work, x-rays, and a vet visit to be told he just had an upset stomach. The staff there are unbelievably sweet and helpful! They treated my little old man like one of there own. They answered any question I had and was very thorough!
On March 25,2022 I dropped my dog off at 8am for shot update and check up. By 10:45 am my dog was going to the emergency room. See Winston was a rescue and was terrified of crates. It was noted on his account he cannot be crated. And guess what they did? They crated him, when he got to emergency his temp was 108 and his heartbeat 196bpm. My dog was terrified. 5-10 years ago I would have recommended them. Unfortunately now, service is terrible. I cant get through to set up an appointment on the phone or website. my dogs havent been in since December and one needs a cytopoint shot every month. so that's 4 months I've paid now with no service. I'm about ready to just cancel my wellness plans and go somewhere else where my dogs wont see a different vet every visit, if they can even get a visit.
DO NOT USE BANFIELD! DO NOT USE THEIR WELLNESS PLAN! AFTER THE PAIN OF LOOSING YOU LOVED PET THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU $500+ TO CANCEL YOUR WELLNESS PLAN. AVOID AT ALL COST! THEY CARE MORE ABOUT MONEY THEN HELPING YOU OR YOUR PET. THIS IS THE MOST HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE IVE HAD.
