If you care about your pet, do not take them to this location. The staff have absolutely no respect or consideration for you or your pet. I dropped my pet off at 830 am for her last shots and a fecal test. We hear nothing all day. Around 400 pm I call asking the status of my pet. My puppy seems happy and not afraid. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and seem to love animals. The prices are good and they get you in fast.

Please avoid taking your pet here for any concerning health issues. We had our 9 year old lab for a issue and he saw Dr. Mel Hagood. After the initial visit, we were told that it could be a strain of Lyme or a form of cancer due to his age. The bloodwork was “ sent out “ to the pathologist, and we were told a few days. My dog had been seeing Banfield doctors for years but after having my concerns be ignored, and having an unnecessary test be performed without my permission on Friday at this location, I will not be back. We moved from Okemos to Rochester last year, and my dachshund who is a rescue has had multiple tests and periodic draining of a lump on his paw for years.
