Great Hospital They are so nice and patient with my crazy dogs. Very informative and always offer good advice to better care for my girls. I do the wellness plan for both and is well worth the money and peace of mind.
Great customer service and attention to detail. They cover everything for our cat would need for $20 a month on a plan. Big savings.
Rave to Banfield pet hospital in PetSmart. We've taken our 16 year old baby belle there now 2 xs and had a good experience. They do seem to be more expensive than my old vet but the vets & other staff are very knowledgeable & kind! Our baby was pretty sick and is now doing a lot better! They also called to check on her multiple times! Thank you!16 & still going strong! �
My dog had surgery at a different vet and pulled her stitches out a week later at 6:00 after my vet had already closed. I called Banfield because the were still open to see if there was anything they could do. They said come on up. The Doctor cleaned the wound and stapled it back. They stayed late for us with no complaint and saved me hundreds in emergency vet fees. They were so nice and called the next day to make sure she was ok. Thank you so much!
They don't care about you or your pets. Just scamming you into an expensive monthly package.
Cold and corporate. The only thing they care about is money.
They make it very difficult to get out their wellness plan, and continue to bill for services never given. In my opinion one of the greatest scams going today. I'll add that I was charged a total of $78.00 to weigh 2 dogs. That's it. That's the service I received, and what I am being charged. I will make sure to spread my experience through social media and word of mouth to my friends.
