I have learned my lesson NEVER to go to Banfield again. It doesn't take a $900 bill or a stupid bag of food to diagnose my dog with pneumonia and an ear infection. It seems their business practice is to either charge the customer for any and every test they can think of or to sell their prescription food. A quick visit to a different veterinarian, antibiotics and subcutaneous fluids and she's already perking up and eating the next day! Absolute worst experience ever! Brought my dog in to be examined after a fight and they neglected to prescribe antibiotics and said her wounds were only superficial, even when I️ took her back a second time because she wasn’t waking. They splinted over a wound that they claimed superficial which became severely infected. They never even shaved to look for wounds. They were great! Saw Happy quickly and worked with me on the cost. Loved my doctor and assistant!!
The staff and the nurses are great... Dr.Williams is amazing... so caring.. my dog loved her... she is picky about vets... won't go anywhere else... love it here
