They really treating my pet like they know it's an important family member. I would recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Reed is the best. Banfield has always been great with my pets. Never had a problem getting in to be seen during an emergency.
My experience with the Dr and tech was good but the wait (15 minutes past my appt) caused my pet to become very agitated by the time the appt took place!
The staff yesterday took excellent care of our boy Blaze. Kind, knowledgeable and very helpful in letting us know what's going on with his condition, how to help and how to save cost. We drove from Milford, DE. So we really like Banfield. We really enjoy the pet health plan and the time they look explaining it.
We used to swear by banfield no matter what location. We had two wellness plans for our dogs, but in the last 9 months we have learned they should only be trusted with our pets preventative care, if that. The techs and the vets are very nice and almost always know their stuff. From help with natural fiber options like pumpkin and shredded wheat for our basset, to simple checkups.
