I'm new to the wellness plan and have only been in twice but already the plan has saved me so much compared to my old vet. I had my dogs teeth done for the first time yesterday and I was nervous about it all but they walked me through everything, called to give me an update and just called to check on her the following day. I didn't notice until I got home that they trimmed her nails for me too which saved me another trip back! Thanks for taking care of my baby!
My appointment was at 930 I arrived early, did not get seen until 10:00...mind you I still have to go into work. This was an emergency because my baby has an ear infection. He defecated while they had him in the back cleaning his ear. she told me she cleaned him up... so I thanked her... well I just noticed. I have poop all over my work clothes. She put a flea treatment on him and says don't give him a bath well I didn't realize his entire bottom was covered in poop... when I first arrived she told me $140 was what I would p... read more

I had a great experience visiting Banfield with my rescue pup yesterday for the first time. The vet took his time explaining things to me and addressed whatever concerns I had. The front desk staff were also lovely.
Fantastic, kind, compassionate staff!!! We have been going to this Banfield for a few years now and I cannot imagine taking our pets anywhere else!
Wonderful staff very caring had to put our dog dow. Then went to cancel the wellness plan since it wasn't needed. We have 4 plans since 2009.....then we are told we owe them $150. After we spent $146 to have our beloved dog put to sleep. Customer service from the corporate side greedy un empathic.poor customer relations. If it wasn't for the excellent staff at the annapolis banfield I'd never go back. That's not saying In won't be looking at alternatives n like Nationwide pet plan.bshame they may be willing to lose $$$$$$ fr... read more
