Wasnt too happy with Kirbys last grooming with Art. Other than this experience, very good.
This place is not equipped to handle high energy 60 pound Labrador retriever. This was the second visit they gave me tranquilizers for him and he was docile and slow with a muzzle. They took him out of my sight. I didn’t hear any noise brought him back and said we can’t handle him. Maybe if you get a tooth cleaning next time we can do the regular visit after we put him to sleep dangerous to some dogs so every visit they want to put him to sleep because they haven’t got the manpower or equipment to take care of a high energy ... read more
Go elsewhere. My cat is ill and was throwing up. Booked an appointment online for the following morning and they called me and said they won't see my cat because he has never been seen there before and because of that they don't have time for him and canceled.
