I just had a very disappointing experience with them. This was the first time I've had such a terrible experience because every other time I've used this Banfield I get the kindest service and dr. Latimer is the best. The first young lady that greeted me and went over pricing was very kind and professional. When I saw the cost of care I let her know that I would not be able to pay that amount and asked if it's be possible to bill me instead. I've brought my dog to this vet 3 times now for the same rash & spent over $200 each visit only for the rash to never go away! Called yesterday for a call back & never got it. This vet only seems to care about money SMH

The staff was friendly and treated my dog great! The staff here was better than other Banfield locations I have used.
One of their employees went out of their way to harass my friend and her family over Facebook because my friends dog didn't get the treatment/diagnosis. Her name is Jaimie knight. This literally just happened in the last 30 minutes.
Corporate drones and they don't even realize it. Schedules are always packed. Feels like a conveyor belt. Dr. Groth was the only person who seemed human. Great doctor as well.
