Almost impossible to get through on the phone and then they pick up and throw you on hold without answering! Horrible customer service at this location! I have moved to Plymouth...much better service and veterinarians!

Our dog had an accident and they got us right in! Fixed her up and sent us home even called to see how she was doing.. staff was friendly and attentive
The staff at the local Banfield hospital are great, but this review is specifically about the wellness plan. We were a customer for a number of years and on monthly auto-pay for the wellness plan. After having to put our cat down, I called Banfield to cancel our wellness plan. Incredibly, they told me I would need to continue to pay the monthly payments for the remainder of the plan year, even though our cat was no longer alive.
