I took my cat in for a annual comp and she was fine ahead of that. Get her back on Saturday and she is a mess and now is leaking from her anus. Called to let them know and they can't get her in to help and just took her to the emergency room. I'm so livid and scared. I think they just take on too many patients and that they hire vets right out of school without any experience. They talk loud and don't have any bedside manner to keep a pet calm. Canceling my plan. I'm done.
My pet's liver numbers were slightly above Banfield's in-house tolerance so they refused teeth cleaning care for 11 months. It's the only reason I signed up for their service. After paying 11 months and not receiving the care I signed up for I decided to cancel. Now they're demanding the last month's payment and threatening to sell it off to a collections company if I don't pay. They sell people on "cancel anytime" but do not believe it.
