The staff both reception clerk Keri I believe was her name and doctor Lin or whatever her name was showed little to no care for myself or my pet. I have had more then one issue with this particular location. They don't communicate with their clientele and don't help you understand what's going on. I have to call them multiple times before I can even get any answers after I wait 8 hours with no call from the doctor because either someone doesn't know how to do their job or they lie about just forgetting. If you live in the AURORA, COLORADO area, and love your pet, you want to avoid #BANFIELD. A couple of weeks ago, I took my dog in for a yearly check-up and she lost her hearing. This was due to their carelessness with the anesthetic. They refuse to take responsibility and as a hush tactic, they wanted me to sign some kind of settlement contingent on me not posting negative remarks on their social media. I declined because as a consumer, it is my right to warn other consumers of their practices. BEWARE!

This is the worst hospital ever. They saw my 2 year old cat. Stated she was fine was bringing her back for some teeth stuff. Then She took a rapid turn for the worst. I called they refused to see her. Told me to go to a real vet. $1000 later she was put down. Now they want to continue to charge me for a wellness plan or i incur the normal costs of the first visit. Not only having to relive this. But no understanding from them. What a joke. And i have my 2 dogs with them. Great. What a nitghtmare.

Took my kitten in for her first visit. Was smooth taked into a "wellness plan" or whatever its called. but the vet tech and vet told me my cat had not been spayed. but after reaching out to the rescue I was told and given proof she was spayed. I was almost going to let them put my poor girl through another procedure that would have not been needed. will never go back again.

I have/had there senior wellness plan for a couple of years. In July my poor girl of 13 years passed away from cancer. I called Banfield's customer support to cancel my wellness plan. I was told they were going to wave my last payments and that I would be charged for services already rendered. I took her in once in May and that was when we were told more than likely she had cancer. We had some blood work done, which is not covered under the wellness plan we paid for those cha... We were turned away with our six month old kitty who had a cloudy eye and was moaning. It was an emergency! Other pets were being helped. Apparently the vets of banfield dont take an oath to save every pet. Seriously inhumane behavior.
