DVM Miranda Andress told me to euthanize my dog because she was in heart failure. got a second opinion who had to retake your x-rays for free because yours were so bad and turns out she just had bronchitis..no fluid in the lungs...no heart failure. just needed some hydrocodone and her coughing has all but stopped. I could have euthanized my best friend on her bad veterinary recommendation. I will never return. I had three dogs on your wellness but it's clear to me they will die at Banfield.

All the employees are so sweet and understanding. My dog is very nervous either them and they do there best to show him it’s okay. Thank you to everyone at banfield❤️
