Pet plan is a total rip off

Horrible place. They did all this testing on my dog which took like 2 hours and they weren’t even done with the last one, my dog was frustrated & sick. At some point he had to go outside and used the bathroom and they were still not done. The doctors are also sarcastic and rude. And uncaring for the pets. They were trying to charge me for the visit and the prescription and then out of nowhere decided to drop the bill which was still pretty high. Super unprofessional service. If you would like your dog’s incision site to look like this post neuter, then I would recommend this location. If you want your furry friend to be taken care of and respected, I would recommend NEVER setting foot in Banfield Pet Hospital.
The doctor and the staff are so friendly and they take very good care of my Duey Cat.
